Doors open 11:00 AM. Last entry is at 18:00. If you arrive after last entry you will be denied entry and no refunds will be processed for late arrivals.
Music, and the festival, will end at 00:30.
You must be 18+ to attend and have valid and in-date government issued photographic ID.
One bag per person is allowed, which must be smaller than an A4 sized piece of paper (height: 30cm, width: 21cm, depth: 8cm).
Travel by rail
The easiest way to get to the festival is by taking the train to Upminster Station and then getting on our shuttles.
The nearest train/tube station is Upminster, which is served by C2C rail, the District Line, and the Romford-Upminster Overground line.
Trains will be running in both directions on the C2C line:
Upminster to Fenchurch Street – calling at Barking, Limehouse, and Fenchurch Street
Upminster to Shoeburyness – calling at West Horndon, Laindon, Basildon, Pitsea, Benfleet, Leigh on Sea, Chalkwell, Westcliff, Southend Central, Southend East, Thorpe Bay, and Shoeburyness
The last C2C trains will be at 02:00 on both nights. The last district line train will be at 23:30.
You will be able to use oyster cards or contactless payment.
We will be operating shuttles between Upminster Station and the FSTVL site on a loop all day.
Travel by car/taxi
We will have a dedicated pick-up/drop-off point at our on-site transport hub, as well as a black taxi rank, and an Uber pick-up point.
There will be a car park, advance purchase tickets for the limited space will be released soon.
Once you reach the site you will be directed by our traffic management team. This area will be monitored by security at all times.
Travel by coach
We are collaborating with EnsignBus to operate coaches running to local destinations, nearby hotels, and other destinations in London and around the m25.
The full list of destinations is being finalised and will be published on our website shortly, along with booking forms for those services which will require tickets.
National Express – we’ll partnering with our friends at National Express to offer coaches to/from over 30 different destinations. Bookings coming soon!

Disabled access info – We provide a free ticket for a personal assistant to deaf or disabled ticket holders who would be unable to attend, or those whose experience would be greatly impaired without their presence. Residents info – Information regarding road closures, community response, traffic management and resident’s ticket will be published shortly.
Set times will be released closer to the time of the festival.
Lockers will be available to rent so that you can safely store your valuables, as well as phone charging facilities and cash machines.
You cannot bring your own food, drink, or alcohol.
Free, unlimited, clean drinking water will be available from water stations inside the festival. You can bring an empty bottle to fill up.
We recommend printing all e-tickets, upgrades, and addons.
