No, sorry you cannot bring your campervan – the campsites at We Are FSTVL are tented only. If you purchase a Camping ticket then you must camp within our campsites.
You may not camp in the car parks or sleep in your car.
No glass is allowed at We Are FSTLV. This includes perfume, foundation bottles, aftershave and mirrors. These are prohibited items and will be confiscated at the entrance (please note there is no facility to leave your belongings and collect after the show) so please double check before you arrive at the show.

No, please understand we have thousands of campers on site and even though they look pretty, unfortunately we don’t have enough space for you to erect a gazebo.
If you are camping, you can bring 12 cans or up to 500ml of spirits in plastic bottles. No glass is allowed. Alcohol is not allowed to be taken into the arena.
We Are FSTVL is not liable for any personal belongings left in your tent over the weekend and recommends locking your tent when you are in the event area.
All E-Ticket holders agree to appear for no fee in any filming and/or recording of the event which may be used for future promotion.
Yes, disabled customers are welcome at We Are FSTVL and we will have a number of disabled facilities on site.

No, fires are not permitted in the Campsite or Arena at any time, this includes the use of camping stoves/butane stoves. Smoking is also not permitted within your tent, accommodation unit or enclosed public spaces. Anybody who attempts to set fire to their tent on the campsite will be ejected from We Are FSTVL by security.
Yes, no tent bigger than 4 person tent, per group of 4, is permitted on the campsite. This should not exceed the dimensions 240cm x 220cm.
Without limitation, the following may not be brought into the Venue:
- Aerosols
- Glass, including perfume and aftershave bottles
- Illegal substances & Illegal/Legal highs (Including Nitrous Oxide)
- Any item which may reasonably be considered for use as an offensive weapon
- No bag bigger than an A4 size will be permitted into the event
- Full body camouflage wear or workwear are not permitted into the event
- Portable Laser Equipment or Laser Pens
- Animals
- Umbrellas
- Items of clothing that can be adapted to fully cover the face are not permitted into the event
- Full face masks
- Professional audio, audio-visual, film, or video recording equipment
- Flares, bangers, fireworks, sparklers, Chinese lanterns and Naked Flames inc. tea lights
- Anybody that requires medication to be brought to the event must declare this on arrival and they must carry the relevant data sheets with the medication.
- No disposable BBQ’s or Gas cookers are permitted on site
You are permitted to bring food ONLY if you are camping. However, this can’t be brought into the event arena. You are not permitted to take any food or drink from the camping site into any part of the arena. Alcohol may only be brought into the festival if you are camping. There is a limit of 12 cans per person or maximum 500ml plastic bottles per person. Alcohol is not permitted into the event arena. All campers can also bring a small suitcase into the campsite.
No, we cannot accommodate campervans, caravans or motorhomes in any of our Campsites. Vehicles cannot access the campsite. Sleeping in vehicles is not permitted under any circumstances. Gazebos, awnings and trailer tents are also not allowed in the campsite. We reserve the right to refuse structures which are excessively large for the number of occupants or which are considered a health and safety risk.
No, there are no BBQ areas at the festival and Barbeques and any kind of cooking equipment are not permitted on site.
No, camping is only permitted with a 3 Day Camping Ticket. Camping is only permitted in the designated pitches areas. Any tents pitched outside of pitches and within fire lanes or working areas will be removed.
Once you are on the campsite and event site, there is no re-entry if you leave the site.
No re-admissions or pass-outs will be allowed after entering the campsite. Please ensure you have everything before entering the camping site. It is not possible to stay off-site and re-enter each day with a Camping Ticket.
Entry to the campsite will close at 10pm on Friday 25th August and 5pm on Saturday 26th August. If you arrive after this time you will not be allowed into the festival site and your ticket will not be refunded. The campsite closes at 12:00 pm Monday 28th August.
You are required to leave the camping site by this time and take all personal belongings with you including tents.
Weekend Camping ticket holders can access the campsite from 10:00 am Friday 25th August, 07:00 am Saturday 26th August (tickets will not be valid prior to this time) and must vacate by midday on Monday 28th August 2023.
