We Are FSTVL 2019 – 1/2 NO CAMPING Day Ticket FAQS
Dear We Are FSTVL Customer,
We Are FSTVL 2019 is almost upon us and we can’t wait to see you all! We have put together a list of important information regarding the festival and your tickets. Please take the time to make sure that you are prepared and that you have everything you need.
What are the entrance times? (Main entrance, no camping)
Friday – Opens at 14:00, closes at 21:00.
Saturday – Opens at 11:00, closes at 16:00.
Sunday – Opens at 11:00, closes at 16:00.
Music, and the festival finishes at 00:30 each day.
If you arrive after the advertised closing time you will not be allowed into the festival and no refunds will be processed for any late arrivals.
Can I bring a bag into the arena?
Yes, but for for security reasons all bags must be smaller than an A4 sized piece of paper (height: 30cm, width: 21cm, depth: 8cm). There is a limited to one bag per person permitted into the Arena. Please note – this is for the music arena only, this does not apply to the camping site.
What do I need to get into the festival?
To be allowed entry into the festival site you must bring government issued, valid and in-date photographic ID. You must also bring your e-ticket as well as any upgrade tickets. NO ID, NO ENTRY.
Can I leave the festival site and re-enter?
No. There is no re-admittance once you have entered the festival site. You cannot leave the site to go elsewhere, such as to your car or into the local town.
How do I pay for things on-site/how do cashless wristbands work?
We Are FSTVL 2019 is an entirely cashless event. We will be using electronic wristbands for all payments across the entire site.
Everyone will receive a cashless wristband on arrival that can be topped up using cash or card.
Credit will carry over between days, and you will be able to get a refund on unspent credit online after the festival.

IMPORTANT: You MUST keep your wristband in order to get a refund.
For weekend ticket holders arriving on Saturday, you MUST keep your wristband on overnight to use it for entry on Sunday.
Do I need to bring my Weekend ticket on both days?
For two/three day weekend ticket holders – please bring your ticket on the first day you are attending. You will receive a wristband that you MUST keep on as you use it to gain entry on other days.
As such, weekend tickets cannot be split between different people for different days.
We reserve the right to decline wristbands which are cut, pulled off, or visibly tampered with.
Can I camp with a Day or Weekend ticket?
No. Camping is only available for 3 Day Camping ticket holders. You can upgrade to camping from as little as £55.50 at www.wearefstvl.com/tickets/ under ‘upgrade to camping’.
Is there an official afterparty?
Hell yes! We have one on Saturday and Sunday. Tickets & Lineup available from:

Where can I find out set times?
You will also be able to purchase lanyards which have the set times printed on them, as well as asking our friendly and informative info-point staff.
Will I be able to charge my phone?
We will have charging lockers you can leave your phone in, plus portable power banks you can purchase.
Where can I park my car?

Can I upgrade my ticket to VIP?
Yes! For a limited time only at just £15 a day you can upgrade your standard ticket into a VIP ticket, giving you access to our VIP only stage hosted by Café Mambo Ibiza and Hot Bed, a dedicated VIP entrance lane, VIP facilities and much more. See more at www.wearefstvl.com/vip

Where will be I be able to ask questions and get information?
We will have multiple info-points around the festival, clearly signposted, where you can ask our friendly and informative staff anything you need to know.
Can I bring my own food and drink?
As per our terms and conditions, no food, alcohol, or any other liquids can be bought into the arena. Any liquids found will be confiscated upon entry.
Where can I get a drink of water?
There will be free and hygienic water tap stations located throughout the festival and campsite.
Are there lockers?
We advise early purchase of lockers on site in advance of your arrival when purchasing your event ticket, please be organised and don’t delay. www.wearefstvl.com/tickets
What is the best way into central London?
We are putting on an exclusive coach service beginning at midnight back into central London. Services run to locations as central as King’s Cross, Stratford, and Elephant and Castle. Tickets start from just £9.75 at
Where is the nearest train station?
Upminster train station is the closest, and we will have a free shuttle service running between the site and station every nine minutes. Upminster is served by the District Line, the Overground and an extended C2C service into West Ham and Fenchurch Street stations.
Are there late trains and do I need a ticket?
Trains will be running in both directions on the C2C line:
Upminster to Fenchurch Street – calling at Barking, Limehouse, and Fenchurch Street
Upminster to Shoeburyness – calling at West Horndon, Laindon, Basildon, Pitsea, Benfleet, Leigh on Sea, Chalkwell, Westcliff, Southend Central, Southend East, Thorpe Bay, and Shoeburyness
The last trains will be at 02:00 on both nights.
