For one huge weekend in May our beloved Airfield Of Dreams at Damyn’s Hall, Upminster, combines some of the world’s biggest names in electronic dance music with some of the world’s leading club brands and labels for 60,000 FSTVL fans.

Taking place on Friday 25, Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 May, We Are FSTVL features over 225 artists across 20 bespoke stages. Not content with hosting our best ever line-up to date, our biggest and most elaborate production to date, We Are FSTVL 2018 will go up another level with a brand new set of stylised arenas and structures.

Important information

You must be at least 18 years of age in order to gain entry to We Are FSTVL.

Valid photographic ID is required upon entry to verify your E-Ticket and age. Suitable forms of valid photographic ID include your passport, driver’s licence and any photographic ID that carries the PASS logo. Photocopies are not acceptable.

For those lucky to look younger than 25, in accordance with our Challenge 25 policy, our bar staff will also be required to check ID at point of sale, so please take this as a compliment as there are those of us who miss being asked.

The FSTVL site is perfectly located between M25, A12, A127, A13 that link Upminster with the main road arteries to the nation. The We Are FSTVL site has ample space for customers choosing to travel by car which will be patrolled throughout the event by our security team.
Advance car park ticket holders will receive priority parking nearer to the event site.

drinks tokens

The bars at We Are FSTVL 2017 operate using only a token system. Drink tokens can be purchased on the day, or if you want to skip the token machine queues and head straight for the bar when you arrive, you can pre-order your tokens now from wearefstvl.com/tickets at a discounted price.

For those of you who have purchased drinks tokens in advance, please look out for the drinks token collection point situated immediately in front of you upon entering the main festival entrance. The collection point will be open until 5pm. We will also be running a collection point within the camping site on Friday only for those who are arriving early.

DISABLED ACCESS INFO

At We Are FSTVL, we strive to ensure that everyone can enjoy the event, so we try our best to make the We FSTVL site as accessible as possible.

Just as we prepare for all conditions we do ask that you do to. So please consider the ground conditions and unpredictable British weather when deciding what facilities you may need and what equipment you need to bring.

Free ticket for a personal assistant (2:1 scheme) information

We provide a free ticket for a personal assistant to deaf or disabled ticket holders who would be unable to attend, or those whose experience would be greatly impaired without their presence. After receiving your application we will endeavor to respond within 7 working days to confirm your application.

APPLICATION PROCESS

  1. Purchase a ticket in your name ( not your carers name ) to obtain a ticket reference number
  2. Please email [email protected] with subject line stating “Disabled Access” by 5th May if you wish to apply. After this point there is no guarantee we will be able to process your request. Please have supporting documentation (mentioned down below) prepared.

Qualifying for a 2:1 tickets

Eligibility

A photocopy/scan of one of the following documents (dated within the past 12 months if DLA or Attendance Allowance). We recognize that the evidence below is not definitive. If you do not have any of the below evidence but wish to apply for a 2:1 ticket, we ask that you email us at [email protected] stating why you require one. Please email copies of any additional evidence that supports your application and your application will be judged on a case-by-case basis by our Access Officer.

Car Park Access

We have a blue-badge parking area (in the main car park), approximately 160m from the main entrance, over a green-field site. Your space must be booked in advance by contacting us on [email protected] with your name, car registration, blue badge number and which day you are attending

Viewing

There is a viewing platform situated towards the main stage. This platform is for those who cannot view the show in any other way. This is most applicable to those in a wheelchair / those unable to stand for a long period of time.

Personal assistants/ carers will be able to use this facility as well however please be aware during busy periods assistants may be asked to move aside to give priority to other disabled users.

Camping

Please contact us at [email protected] should you have purchased a camping ticket and wish to discuss your requirements please include order reference when quoting the booking. Please email within 1 week of purchasing your ticket.

RESIDENT INFO

We love Upminster, we work in Upminster all day, every day. We respect our local area and we ask our festival guests to respect the area, our residents and our neighbours by leaving We Are FSTVL quietly and politely.

Resident Tickets:

Regarding resident tickets they are allocated on a location based system to those directly affected by road closures. In order to apply please send an email to [email protected] with subject line marked “resident tickets”

Please include your full name / full address as well as a scanned valid proof of address such as utility bill / driving licence/ bank statement dated within the last 3 months.

Once we have assessed whether your address is eligible we will then allocate your ticket approximately 2 weeks before the show.

Please note these tickets are for personal use only by the specified resident who has applied and lives within the eligible area. This resident must be over 18 years old and will need to present a valid photographic ID + valid E-Ticket on the day of the festival. All E-Tickets cannot be re-sold on the secondary market. Anyone found to be re-selling their ticket will risk their ticket being cancelled and will be refused entry into the festival site.

All resident ticket requests must be received by 5th May – after this point there is no guarantee of ticket allocation.

Community Response

  • Harwood Hall Lane:

One way Eastbound, no access from Corbets Tey Road

  • Monday 29th May from 08.00 until 14.00
  • Stubbers Lane:

One Way southbound, no access from Dennises Lane. Also, no entry to public vehicles from Ockendon Road.

Please Note

No restrictions on other roads, but increased traffic levels should be expected on all roads in the vicinity of the venue, and the Upminster area in general. There will be speed limits and parking restrictions on other roads, but no access restrictions. Residents of roads that are subject to a closure or travel restriction will be issued with residents vehicle passes. These do not allow vehicles through any closures, other than those stated on the vehicle pass. Each household will be issued with two passes, additional passes will be available, by request. Health workers, deliveries, etc, will be allowed through road closures where necessary.

Sound Checks:

Sound checks will be taking place Friday 26th May and there is the potential for intermittent noise from 15.00 until 19.30.

Every ticket purchased has an allocated name and matching photo I.D will be required in order to gain entry to the We Are FSTVL site. Purchase of a We Are FSTVL 2017 Ticket signifies your agreement to our terms and conditions which are listed below:

1 DAY TICKET AND WEEKEND NON-CAMPING TICKETS

  1. All We Are FSTVL Tickets are non-refundable
  2. We Are FSTVL E-Tickets are UNIQUE TO EACH ATTENDEE
  3. You must be at least 18 years of age in order to gain entry to We Are FSTVL
  4. Valid photographic ID is required upon entry to verify your E-Ticket and age. Suitable forms of valid photographic ID include your passport and driver’s licence. Photocopies are not acceptable
  5. There is NO CAMPING access with 1 Day and 2 Day Weekend tickets
  6. Doors open at 10:00 am each day (tickets will not be valid prior to this time)
  7. Last entry per day is at 4pm for Day Ticket holders. If you arrive after this time you will not be allowed into the festival site and your ticket will not be refunded
  8. All E-Tickets have a unique barcode. Duplicate E-Tickets will be refused at the gate and you will not be able to gain entry to the festival
  9. All E-Tickets cannot be re-sold on the secondary market. Anyone found to be re-selling their ticket will get their tickets cancelled without refund and will be refused entry into the festival site
  10. In the event of an event cancellation, only face value of the E-Ticket (not the booking fee and/or card charges) will be fully refunded from the point of sale
  11. The organisers accept no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged E-Tickets
  12. The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission
  13. Any person attempting to enter the festival under the influence of drugs/ alcohol/ legal highs will be refused entry

As a Condition of Entry, all ticket holders and other persons entering the event, will be subject to a search for illegal and prohibited items, by trained security staff, working on behalf of the promoter. Persons will be subjected to Metropolitan Police involvement in the event that illegal or prohibited substance or items are positively indicated by the drug detection dogs, or found on a person, or persons belongings, during the process of a search. There will be a Police presence at the event and the Police have the Power to Stop and Search you if they have reasonable grounds to believe that you are carrying illegal drugs, psychoactive substances, a weapon, stolen property or something that could be used to commit an offence. No refunds will be given to the ticket holder if refused entry, or evicted due to behaviour that threatens the enjoyment and safety of all persons attending the event. We reserve the right to refuse admission to the ticket holder, or evict the ticket holder from the premises should, after entry to the event, the ticket holder refuse to abide by the conditions of entry, act in a manner that threatens the safety and enjoyment of other’s, or refuse to being searched after entering the arena if there are reasonable grounds for suspicion that a crime has been committed. In circumstances where there is a belief that individuals are using, or dealing illegal drugs, or psychoactive substances or have committed another crime, the Metropolitan Police will be notified
  15. We reserve the right to confiscate any item, which in our reasonable opinion may cause danger or disruption to any other persons at the Event or is one of the items not permitted in the Venue as listed on the Event website. Without limitation, the following may not be brought into the Venue: Your own food and drink; bottles; cans; glass containers; Animals (except for assistance dogs); Any recording or transmitting equipment (including professional cameras); pyrotechnics or fireworks; Distress flares and flares; smoke bombs; laser pens; flags on poles; items which may be regarded as weapons; illegal substances; legal highs (Inc. nitrous oxide); tables; chairs of any sort, including stools, floor seating and shooting sticks; BBQ’s and any kind of cooking apparatus; gazebos and parasols. Food hampers/cool bags/boxes; alcohol; large (golf) umbrellas; bicycles
  16. No re-admissions or pass-outs will be allowed
  17. E-Ticket holders agree to appear for no fee in any filming and/or recording of the event

3 DAY CAMPING TICKETS

    22. Fires are not permitted in the Campsite or Arena at any time
    23. Smoking is not permitted within your tent, accommodation unit or enclosed public spaces
    24. You are not permitted to take any food or drink from the camping site into any part of the arena
    25. E-Ticket holders agree to appear for no fee in any filming and/or recording of the event
    26. The organiser reserve the right to change the artist bill without prior notification and no refunds will be processed due to artist bill change /cancellation
