BAG POLICY
For security reasons, all bags must be smaller than an A4 sized piece of paper (height: 30cm, width: 21cm, depth: 8cm). There is a limit to one bag per person permitted into the Arena.

Searches will take place on entry and at other points on site, and your attendance at the event is subject to your consent to these searches.
Drugs are as illegal at We Are FSTVL as they are anywhere else. Possession or misuse will result in your removal from the event and the involvement of the Police.
THERE IS NO RE-ENTRY once you have entered the festival site – You cannot leave the site to go elsewhere, such as to your car or into the local town.
If you have a camping ticket and you leave the festival site you WILL NOT BE ALLOWED RE-ENTRY.
If you have a day ticket and you leave the festival site you WILL NOT BE ALLOWED RE-ENTRY.
If you have a weekend ticket WITHOUT camping you WILL NOT BE ALLOWED RE-ENTRY ON INDIVIDUAL DAYS. On leaving the event after each day you will need to produce the ticket for the next day to gain re-entry.

The closest train/tube station is Upminster. We have free shuttles between the site and station.It’s QUICKER by free shuttle than by taxi/car!
Car parking is available, and can be booked in advance from our website.
Please DO NOT walk along the road – use the free shuttle buses provided.
DOOR TIMES/LAST ENTRY – if you arrive after last entry you will not be allowed into the festival site and your ticket will not be refunded.
Day Ticket holders
Saturday 26th August – Doors open 11:00 (11AM), last entry at 16:00 (4PM)
Sunday 27th August – Doors open 11:00 (11AM), last entry at 16:00 (4PM)
Stages will begin to close at 22:30 and the entire festival will close at 00:00.
Camping Ticket holders
Friday 25th August – Doors open 10:00 (10am), last entry 22:00 (10PM)
Saturday 26th August – Doors open 07:00 (7AM), last entry at 17:00 (5PM)
Tickets will not be valid prior to this time and campers must vacate by Midday on Monday 28th August 2023.

We recommend printing all e-tickets, upgrades and add-ons along with them having them pre loaded on your mobile device.
If you have an upgrade, please bring it and your original ticket to the festival with you.

There is NO CAMPING access with 1 Day and 2 Day Weekend tickets

All E-Tickets have a unique barcode. Duplicate E-Tickets will be refused at the gate and you will not be able to gain entry to the festival
All E-Tickets cannot be re-sold on the secondary market. Anyone found to be re-selling their ticket will get their tickets cancelled without refund and will be refused entry into the festival site
In the event of an event cancellation, only face value of the E-Ticket (not the booking fee and/or card charges) will be fully refunded from the point of sale
The organisers accept no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged E-Tickets

Any person attempting to enter the festival under the influence of drugs/ alcohol/ legal highs will be refused entry
As a Condition of Entry, all ticket holders and other persons entering the event, will be subject to a search for illegal and prohibited items, by trained security staff, working on behalf of the promoter. Persons will be subjected to Metropolitan Police involvement in the event that illegal or prohibited substance or items are positively indicated by the drug detection dogs, or found on a person, or persons belongings, during the process of a search. There will be a Police presence at the event and the Police have the Power to Stop and Search you if they have reasonable grounds to believe that you are carrying illegal drugs, psychoactive substances, a weapon, stolen property or something that could be used to commit an offence. No refunds will be given to the ticket holder if refused entry, or evicted due to behaviour that threatens the enjoyment and safety of all persons attending the event. We reserve the right to refuse admission to the ticket holder, or evict the ticket holder from the premises should, after entry to the event, the ticket holder refuse to abide by the conditions of entry, act in a manner that threatens the safety and enjoyment of others, or refuse to being searched after entering the arena if there are reasonable grounds for suspicion that a crime has been committed. In circumstances where there is a belief that individuals are using, or dealing illegal drugs, or psychoactive substances or have committed another crime, the Metropolitan Police will be notified
We reserve the right to confiscate any item, which in our reasonable opinion may cause danger or disruption to any other persons at the Event or is one of the items not permitted in the Venue as listed on the Event website. Without limitation, the following may not be brought into the Venue: Your own food and drink; bottles; cans; glass containers including perfume bottles; Animals (except for assistance dogs); Any recording or transmitting equipment (including professional cameras); pyrotechnics or fireworks; Distress flares and flares; smoke bombs; laser pens; flags on poles; items which may be regarded as weapons; illegal substances*; legal highs (Inc. nitrous oxide*/balloons*); tables; chairs of any sort, including stools, floor seating and shooting sticks; BBQ’s and any kind of cooking apparatus; gazebos and parasols. Food hampers/cool bags/boxes; alcohol; large (golf) umbrellas; bicycles
No re-admissions or pass-outs will be allowed
E-Ticket holders agree to appear for no fee in any filming and/or recording of the event
The organiser reserve the right to change the artist bill without prior notification and no refunds will be processed due to artist bill change /cancellation
Event arena opening times are subject to change and We Are FSTVL reserves the right to change these.
*For the avoidance of doubt, anybody seen with illegal substances, including nitrous oxide/balloons, will be ejected from We Are FSTVL by security.

5. Weekend Camping ticket holders can access the campsite from 12:00 pm Friday 25th August, 07:00 am Saturday 26th August (tickets will not be valid prior to this time) and must vacate by Midday on Monday 28th August 2023.
6. Entry to the campsite will close at 10pm on Friday 25th August. The entrance will open at 7am on Saturday morning for access until 5pm. If you arrive after this time you will not be allowed into the festival site and your ticket will not be refunded.
7. The camp site closes at 12:00 pm Monday 28th August. You are required to leave the camping site by this time.
8. Once you are on the campsite and event site, there is no re-entry if you leave the site.
No re-admissions or pass-outs will be allowed after entering the camping site. Please ensure you have everything before entering the camping site. It is not possible to stay off-site and re-enter each day with a Camping Ticket

13. We cannot accommodate campervans/caravans or motorhomes in any of our campsites. Vehicles cannot access the camping site. Sleeping in vehicles is not permitted under any circumstances
14. Gazebos, awnings and trailer tents are not allowed in the campsite
15. We reserve the right to refuse structures which are excessively large for the number of occupants or which are considered a health and safety risk

24. In addition to the above, the following may not be brought into the Arena: Bottles and glass containers; tables; overly excessive amounts of food; more than six cans of alcohol or one litre carton of wine; shooting sticks; gazebos and parasols.
25. Fires are not permitted in the Campsite or Arena at any time
26. Smoking is not permitted within your tent, accommodation unit or enclosed public spaces
27. You are permitted to bring food ONLY if you are camping. However, this can’t be brought into the event arena. You are not permitted to take any food or drink from the camping site into any part of the arena
28. E-Ticket holders agree to appear for no fee in any filming and/or recording of the event

30. Camping ticket holders are allowed to bring a small suitcase into the campsite.
31. Alcohol may only be brought into the festival if you are camping. There is a limit of 12 cans per person or maximum 500ml plastic bottles per person. Alcohol is not permitted into the event arena.
32. There will be a Silent Disco arena on site, as well as food stalls, pamper parlour and bar. These will be open until 3am (subject to licensing) on Saturday and Sunday morning and 2am on Monday morning.
33. No tent bigger than 4 person tent, per group of 4, is permitted on the campsite. This should not exceed the dimensions 240cm x 220cm.
34. There are no pass outs at We Are FSTVL. You cannot leave the event site and then re-enter.
35. There will be access to phone chargers and lockers on the campsite to store personal belongings.
36. Disabled customers are welcome at We Are FSTVL and we will have a number of disabled facilities on site.
37. We Are FSTVL is not liable for any personal belongings left in your tent over the weekend and recommends locking your tent when you are in the event arena.
38. We Are FSTVL strives to reduce its carbon footprint. Please do not leave your tent on site and take all of your personal belongings home with you at the end of the weekend.
39. Anybody who attempts to set fire to their tent on the campsite will be ejected from We Are FSTVL by security.
40. Event arena opening times are subject to change and We Are FSTVL reserves the right to change these.
